About The Valley View VFD
History
Valley View Volunteer Fire Department was started in the Fall of 2012. We made our first emergency response in December 2012. Since day one, members of the Valley View Fire Department have dedicated themselves to providing the best fire protection and medical care not only to our citizens in our fire district, but to all that we respond to. We train monthly on fire and on medical to stay up to date on all our certifications. We are a licensed Emergency Medical Response Agency through the Oklahoma State Health Department. In 2017, we were able to move into our current fire station with 7 vehicles. With our training and equipment, we have, we were able to obtain a public protection classification (PPC) class 3 rating from the ISO inspection. Our department is debt free, and we rely on donations to keep our doors open. We do fund raisers thru out the year and hold a chili dinner each September. We would appreciate any donations that you can help with. Stop by our station for a visit. Our doors are open every Saturday from 0900-1200.
